I made an appointment to take my car in for service. I spoke with Josh Jacob and I discussed how their Nissan dealership by my house would accept my car for work but refuse to guarantee their work and t I spoke with Josh Jacob and I discussed how their Nissan dealership by my house would accept my car for work but refuse to guarantee their work and this is after I’ve been taking my car for years. He told me there is no such policy and made it sound like they didn’t want my business. He said any Nissan dealership would guarantee their work and he said to give them a chance. After sharing my bad experience you would think they would take a look at my car since it just reached 130,000 and wanted give them business when they establish something is wrong and he gave me iPad so they can charge me $189 to take a look at my car. I just wanted a courtesy check but apparently they don’t check your car for free unless you get an oil change or something. The worse part is I was ready to buy a new car and just wanted to see if they would treat me better after Nissan dealership screwed me several times. I shared several experiences with him and he didn’t seem to care. Yes it was another dealership but you wanna be kind to people after a bad experience. They all sell Nissan product and I do drive an Infiniti. I will never buy another Infinit ever and I will be heading to Lexus, BMW and Mercedes dealership this afternoon. $189 was not a big deal but it’s how they continue to mistreat me and I am not sure why. Steer clear of any infiniti or Nissan dealerships. This is a real experience and wish everyone else the best. More
