It all started with with Chad at the front desk. He was welcoming and courteous. They got me in on time and my oil change was done faster than I expected. I would like to thank Chad & Ashley for the outstanding customer service I received today. It was our first oil change and the lighter outlet was not working. Was looking for a car with better gas milage then my Ford Edge and stopped by Kia. Did not know much about Kia prior to my visit. Worked with Barry who took very good care of my husband and me. He took the time to show us a few cars of which we test drove 2. We really liked them both but ended up with the 2013 Kia Optima LSX. I LOVE IT. Brian and Bob took great care of us too. We could not be happier with the car and our experience. We did not intend on purchasing a car that day and did not have a lot of time as we were headed to work. They really had to rush to get us out in time and we are super grateful!! More

I normally am not comfortable or trusting of my salesperson but Julianna was in there fighting for us and got us more than we had expected. We were on a tight budget and very concerned about our trade to purchase a new vehicle and the team at westhills came through for us. I hope to return someday and purchase another vehicle. We were glad to drive from our home in Olympia to Bremerton for our new Optima and are very proud to have a car from Westhills. We actually enjoyed out meeting with Bob Villa the finance manager and learned a lot regarding optional protection and coverage for our new car. I brought my Kia in for it's 15,000 mile check up. I also had a few fuse issues that needed to be fixed. Matt quoted me a price and gave me a time frame. This was a work day for me and it was difficult to have to sit around for 2+ hours. Matt arranged for shuttle service- much appreciated!! I was called much sooner than discussed and told my car was ready. The shuttle arrived quickly. Back at the Dealership, my car was ready. All was fixed, car was not only serviced, it was washed and vacuumed! Best surprise was that the bill was less than the quote. :) Friendly and fast! I am a previous Cadillac owner. Barry Gardner, our salesperson, was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable about the car that I wanted, a 2013 KIA Soul. He was super friendly and fun to talk to. No pressure what so ever! Brian Scott worked up the numbers on my trade in and gave us agreat deal. Bob Villa did all of our finance work, was quick and efficient, and really fun to talk to. Andy Kazeski spent the time to sit in the car with me and show me how to use all the new high-tech gadgets. We could tell these guys really enjoy what they do, and that they work hard to please the customer. I have already recommmended several people to West Hills KIA and will continue to do so. Our experience was a great one. We came in during their Beach Sale. We had sent in an online lead explaining we would like to trade in our old car and was responded to within an hour. She never pressured us into looking at cars we didn't want or cars we could not afford. She even redirected us when we were unintentionally and accidently led toward a different section of vehicles. She understood us when we explained our budget and what we could afford. Between her and the rest of the team they told us to just pick out a couple cars we liked even if they were within a $2,000 range of our budget. We looked at a Forte that we liked but were hesitant about the milage. Right away Julianna said "forget it," "I don't want to put you in a car that you are unsure about and uncomfortable about the milage it comes with." We both thought that was very honest and considerate and we knew we had come to a good place. We looked at another Forte that was newer and we liked the features but we had our sights set on a Dodge Avenger we saw that was a little over our budget. We called it our "wishful thinking" car because we doubted that we could get it. Julianna respected that and said she would see what they could do. They played around with the numbers and she came back with great news... The car we wanted, plus GAP insurance and even a 3 year warranty was all within our budget! We couldn't believe it. We thought they were just going to tell us we couldnt afford the car so that we would end up getting the Kia Forte instead of the Dodge being a Kia dealership and all. Turns out they didn't even look up the Kia Forte. Julianna laid everything out in front of us and made sure that were absolutely positive of our decision before anybody presented paperwork in front of us. She even called my insurance company so that I could get a new quote on how much my insurance was going to change by getting a new car. Everyone there helped us cover all the angles we needed to cover in order to complete the process right the first time. We even got more for our trade in then we had expected. Dean also helped us get a great finance rate and said he would push for an even lower rate so our monthly payments would be even less. Needless to say they took very good care of us and our experience was quick, easy and stress free. The sales team didn't rush at us when we first arrived and bombard us with a bunch of salespeople language. They really seemed to listen to us and never did any pressure sales or tried to convince us to get something we could not afford or that we didn't want. That's hard to come by with most dealerships. Probably one of the best car shopping experiences we ever had. The price was agreeable without having to do the back and forth dickering that is typical in car buying. Dean was very helpful as well when it came to crunching numbers, and getting all the paperwork processed. When we got the vehicle home we noticed a couple of minor flaws (dimples) in the hood; phoned West Hills Kia the next morning, and the dimples were repaired that afternoon--in and out of there within 45 minutes! Thanks to the manager and staff. We would definitely recommend starting at West Hills Kia first for car shopping, and we will return there when it's time to purchase another Kia. We are very pleased with our purchase :) More

The knowledge and professional of your sales reprentatives of all the different models of vehicles and the new technology involed made the decision process of which vehicle to purchase process made easier. The sales people and finance section helped resolve trade-in issues and fillout paperwork was made fluently and efficiantly to process the vehicle as rapid as possible to get us on the road.
