I really appreciate Matt and Jewels finding ways to entertain our kids, or hanging out well past close to ensure we were taken care of. Even though I’ve rated the experience and the dealership a 5, I’ll be honest I was annoyed by the final signing experience. The hard, repetitive attempts to tack on a bunch of warranties, all worthwhile services if you need them, was too much. We were not interested and our young kids were very done with being patient with the process. More
