Amazing experience Came in for service, but really needed a new car. I was greeted immediately when I drove up by a lovely young woman. Chris helped me get checked in an Came in for service, but really needed a new car. I was greeted immediately when I drove up by a lovely young woman. Chris helped me get checked in and had Theresa introduce me to the sales staff. We’ve had a very difficult year and my husband has become quite disabled and needs a walker or wheelchair full-time. He also is a big guy. Mike Jones became our angel and guided us to a new Sportage that meets our new transportation needs. Managing staff helped with financing we can manage and Joyce at Allstate provided excellent insurance coverage for both the new car and our home. This was not our “first rodeo” with car purchasing, but has been the most kind and caring experience we have ever had. Mike even followed me back home to get my husband’s signature on the paperwork. He was able to get into the new car from his walker ON HIS OWN and had leg room to stretch out and head room to spare! What a joy and relief! Thank you to our angel, Mike, and the team. More
