Worked with Sales Consultant, Tom Petrie for the second time and he is excellent..He is very personable and a pleasure to work with. West Herr needs to do a better job at getting vehicles available to s time and he is excellent..He is very personable and a pleasure to work with. West Herr needs to do a better job at getting vehicles available to see, test drive and choice of colors. It seems crazy that a dealership doesn’t have vehicles in their lot to sell. Tom was able to locate a vehicle but he should not have been put in that position of not having a vehicle to see.
