Pluses and minuses: Plus - we called and asked to see a RAV IV advertised at another store and this dealership got it to Roch. quickly; Minus -they presented the vehicle without warning with its bumper sep RAV IV advertised at another store and this dealership got it to Roch. quickly; Minus -they presented the vehicle without warning with its bumper separating from the body. We agreed to a deal IF the bumper was fixed;.We had our own financing; Minus -our lender requested a contact from the West Herr salesperson and it took more than one call and ultimately a group e-mail to confirm his contact with the lender; Plus?: the bumper was fixed by our pick up date; Minus- we were presented with one key after pre-sale boast of two keys for every vehicle they sell; Minus: he lender contact ref. above was about pre-certification used and we didn't have their boasted 160-point check list they at pick up but told the key and list would be delivered to our home; I later chose to pick these up from the store; Plus- upon my arrival I was given the 2nd key ; Minus: but no 160 pt. check list and I walked to front desk with salesman and overheard "He's here?" I was asked to wait and clearly a checklist was then checked in the back and presented to me; Minus- our lender check overpaid the vehicle sales price and we were told we'd receive a refund check by mail but it's been three weeks and no check and i've called a finance manager and told I'd get a call the same day - I received no call. I e-mailed the same manger and salesman and no response to date. Minus - the bumper has begun separating from the body; Plus? - West Herr provided an appointment within a week; What to me seemed to be a simple deal is more minuses especially for poor communications on West Herr end and i pray this is not signage of the durability of this vehicle. More
