West herr sold me a 2016 Charger for what was supposed to be 28,000 which is what was on there ad but but they sold it to me without telling me for 38,000 so I went to trade it in for a 2017 they had at ther be 28,000 which is what was on there ad but but they sold it to me without telling me for 38,000 so I went to trade it in for a 2017 they had at there Toyota dealership and apparently the almost $40 grand 2016 they sold is only worth $18000 so yeah this is not the first time I’ve had and issue with this auto group More

Knowledgeable, courteous and patient staff right from the front door. ONLY disappointment…..I did not leave the lot with the vehicle I ordered and I don’t think there was much effort made to ‘bridge’ the gap front door. Very specific on what I wanted. I was patient and Not demanding on when the vehicle came in. You were very helpful in working around a family death and trip to Florida. We made the effort to get the sale completed in time for your monthly closing. Tony was very helpful clearing up our confusion over a possible VA discount. Tony also gave us a $200 discount on our Maintenance agreement. Hope he didn’t lose his job over that gift. Forked out some more bucks for a Simonize treatment and Maintenance agreement. Didn’t waste any more of Kyle’s time with vehicle instruction. Would call,but not badger, if I had any questions. Remembered when I was leaving the lot that I was asked a number of times by a number of people “What they could get my wife and I during our visit”. I wanted badly to say “I want the vehicle I ordered”. Seriously doubt I would get any better service from a different dealership. Times have changed…..over 40k and not what I wanted. BEAUTIFUL!! More
