Hi, I would not recommend this dealer at this time. I took my truck in for its annual service. The service advisor was good. I had to have oil change, NYS inspection and Regular look everything over in I took my truck in for its annual service. The service advisor was good. I had to have oil change, NYS inspection and Regular look everything over inspection with tire rotation. Also fix a slow air leak in drivers' side rear tire. After they completed everything, I asked the service advisor if everything looked good and wanted to make sure my tire was ok and tires rotated. He said everything was good. Later that day I noticed the driver's side rear tire valve stem cap was off. So, I figured the mechanic left it off when putting air in tire. Next day I looked at that tire and it was the one they fixed. so that tells me it was never rotated. So now I wonder what else they didn't do. They called me and sent me an email asking how everything was, and I told them what I found but the lady just read off what they did and that's it. So, they must not be worried about what they do or service anymore. I think the mechanic wasn't trained enough or they rush him to do things, and he forgot. So, I haven't heard back from them. More
