When we entered the dealership we were approached by a salesperson who introduced himself as Tom Occhino and asked if he could be of service to us. My husband and I went to Tom's desk and we proceeded to have a very friendly and informative overview concerning the Sienna that we were interested in. Tom went through each step of the information he had about the Sienna and helped us to feel as secure as possible in our choice of vehicle. He absolutely wanted to make sure that I was comfortable driving the Sienna because I had never driven a van before. My husband and I both assured him that the Sienna handled beautifully. We had to admit that we didn't think it would be that nice because of the size. When we picked the color and packages we wanted we were told there was only one that met our criteria. It was at a dealership in Cleveland but they would get it for us. They were true to their word and sent staff to Cleveland to bring the vehicle. I also want to say that my employer had an employee incentive program with WestHerr and when I showed Tom the email explaining the incentive he and the finance team made sure that we received the price benefits that were offered. This incentive program made a terrific difference in the price we paid for the vehicle. I would just like to say that Tom Occhino is not only a wonderful salesperson but he is someone that truly cares about the people he has as customers. The vehicle was as advertised..basically brand new and the price was fair but not the best I h Bought a slightly used Sienna to bring into Canada. The vehicle was as advertised..basically brand new and the price was fair but not the best I have seen..but as a Canadian we have to be more flexible when buying in the USA..the price was still much better than what I could get in Canada. However the dealing of the paperwork to cross the border was sloppy..an original document was lost the day I arrived and a new one had to be requested. Hence my trip back was delayed a day. The week before I was told documents had been faxed to the border but when I verified they had not been. These are important points as a Canadian buying. But the sales manager and general manager were very apologetic and offered to pay my hotel and food expenses for the extra day. They also went out of their way to get the document to me that evening allowing me to leave early the next day. So, overall, I still got a great vehicle at a great price but they need to improve their handling of the paperwork..of course this is not really a concern to any USA cutomers. I would still recommend them as they were quite professional overall and seemed pretty honest. More
