My truck was butchered and the service manager said to go to another dealership and gave the name N------n Toyota if I want to see a real butcher job. My promised loaner was not available. The estimate given was 1/3 the actual price. WEST HERR terrified my wife when she took her car in for inspection. Needed $1200.00 brake job. The brakes were fine. The service manager said said that since there were so many miles on the car the barkes must be worn out. West Herr never looked at the brakes. The brakes were done at another shop and because West Herr had no record that meant the brakes were bad. More

I recently purchased a 2011 RAV4 from Derek Fogarty. Overall, this was a two day process with test driving and then my lengthly thought process. It is a great vehicle and I have already added to it. Thanks to my cousin Derek for all your help and putting up with me all day Friday. Your dealership should be proud of the job Derek does, and from what I read on other reviews, the is normal operational proceedure for Derek.
