I wanted to get a smaller truck that was better on gas, so I decided on a tacoma. Pat made everything fantastic. He lent me one for a overnight test drive, and the whole time I worked with him I felt like so I decided on a tacoma. Pat made everything fantastic. Pat helped me get a phenomenal price for my trade in (more than it was worth, in my opinion) and also got me a great deal on my new tacoma. Everyone there at west herr toyota was super nice, especially the "greater" ladies. They were constantly asking if I needed help and offering to go get me coffee or water. If my next vehicle is a toyota, I will definitely go there again. More

I went to West Herr Toyota of Orchard Park to buy my first SUV. I had been to many of the dealerships in the WNY area and did not feel that the selection and service were acceptable. We went to the Toyo first SUV. I had been to many of the dealerships in the WNY area and did not feel that the selection and service were acceptable. We went to the Toyota/Scion dealership and a salesman named Brad Taylor greeted us there. He immediately made me feel comfortable, (which I never felt with ANY other car dealership), and mostly was not pushy! I honestly had NO idea of what I wanted in a car and Brad spet all day carting us around to other West Herr dealerships to see cars that I was intersted in but were not on his lot. I never had to stand and wait outside once, the service was so quick and everything seemed to be prepared before we even got there. My boyfriend liked him so much he ordered a brand-new custom-made Chevy Silverado from him because he liked Brad's service so much he wanted him to be his salesperson even though Brad is from Toyota. It was getting late so we told Brad we would be back the next day. I told him that I saw a Nissan Rogue on the web that I'd like to check out and when we arrived the next morning he had it driven to the Toyota dealership and it was already running. I liked the Nissan and purchased it that day. Unfortunately, about a week later I realized that I felt more comfortable in a larger sixed SUV and wanted to see what we could do. THANK GOD for West Herr's 30 day excahnge policy! After another couple days of looking and actually having an overnight with a couple cars I decided on a 2009 Toyota Highlander which I love! Brad called us before we even got home to see how it was driving and that we were satified. He also gave my boyfriend updates on his truck almost every day. Now we both have our new cars and we could not be happier. The service at West Herr cannot be beat. From Brad's assitant Craig Cipolla, to his manager Peter Paganelli, and the finance department manager Ed Wagner everyone helped along the way with a smile. We were probably some of the most time consuming people ever but they really went above and beyond any expectations for a dealer and we will never buy a car from anyone else again. We've recommended them to everyone we know, and I recommend this group of gentlemen to everyone else! More

The same could be said of each of the preceeding eight. Carmen Alvelo was a joy to work with; no pressure, no "sales pitch". She told us what we wanted & needed to know, and was happy to do everything we asked of her. The sales manager - Justin Rojek, was very straigh-forward and professional. He gave us a very good deal on the Sienna Van; as well as the warranty and accessory we added. However, it is not the buying experience that keeps me coming back to West Herr; it is the unparalleled way that they treat their customers after the sale. Everyone is nice and accommodating when you are buying a vehicle. It is what happens after that, when there is a problem, that really distinguishes dealerships. I recently was in an accident which resulted in my 2009 Toyota Corolla being destroyed. I was so upset with this ordeal. I so enjoyed my 2009 vehicle, so I contacted Tom Fogarty. He set me up with Roy Brenner to purchase my new 2010 Red Toyota Corolla. Roy was such a gentleman and was so professional, courteous, and friendly. I knew that I could depend on West Herr Orchard Park to find the perfect vehicle for me. All I said is that I wanted another red Toyota Corolla and Roy made sure that I had my vehicle within a matter of hours.
