WOW, that's how I would describe my dealings with WEST HERR TOYOTA of Orchard Park NY. I went there looking to purchase a used car, a chevy, from a TOYOTA dealership.I expected a hard pressure salesman t HERR TOYOTA of Orchard Park NY. I went there looking to purchase a used car, a chevy, from a TOYOTA dealership.I expected a hard pressure salesman to give me a line of bull trying to make a sale. Instead I met a salesman who listened to what I wanted, met the price I wanted to pay and treated me as if I were a friend, not a sale or commision. I had been to a lot of other dealerships looking for a car, some did not even come out to meet me, some gave me a line of bull, telling me one price, asking for another. I had some salesman treating me just as bad as some of the stories that make a used car salesman in the same catagory as lawers or polititions. This was not the case at Wesr Herr Toyota of Orchard Park.I was there on Monday 5/9/11 to make the deal and picked up my new car on Wednesday 5/11/11 without any bull or sudden increase in the price. The salesman was most professional having all the paper work in order, explaining everything to me, not pressuring me in any way, treating me as a friend not a sale. I work hard for my money and expect respect when I go to make a large purchase such as a car. That's what I found at West Herr Toyota of Orchard Park. A salesman who respected my wishes, explained everything to me and treated me as if he wer selling a car to a family member. Yeah, I purchased a used chevy from a Toyota dealership and was treated like a king, I could only image how i would have been treated if I bought a new toyota!!! Maybe next time. I work as a supervisor for the state of New York. I evaluate employees all the time. We do not have an evaluation for outstanding employees such as Paul Mitchell, the state of New York would consider him satisfactory. I would consider him OUTSTANDING. This was such a wonderful experience for us. We have leased for the last 25 years and now that we are retired, we decided to purchase. Next day I was greeted promptly by Sam. My husband and I were treated like friends from the moment we walked into the dealership. Sam or Jeff were with us every step of the way and made to feel very comfortable asking any questions we had and responses were sincere and not at all "rehearsed" as I have experienced at other times of my life while shopping for a vehicle. Jeff sold us exactly the type of car We Wanted, no more no less...I could not have had a more pleasant experience throughout the entire process. We paid exactly what I had expected for the car, a very fair price. Again...such a wonderful process, never once made to feel pressured which has been the case at other dealerships. Jeff is excellence! Sam is an extreme asset to the dealership. He is Thorough, Personable and a complete Pleasure to work with. He took his time explaining all the details of my transaction and answered thoroughly all questions that I had. I traded in my old car and they gave me above fair trade value. I felt like they weren't ripping me off. My entire family buys from Jeff because is is so nice. His assistant Sam is so knowlegeable about the cars and is willing to help you out no matter what your questions are. I highly recommend both Jeff and Sam as people you want to but from. More

When I walk into a dealership I want their very best and lowest offer the first time I am not one for playing games. Jeff was able to do this both times and I was able to get exactly what I wanted for my trade in and the purchase price of the new car.
