Next day I was greeted promptly by Sam. My husband and I were treated like friends from the moment we walked into the dealership. Sam or Jeff were with us every step of the way and made to feel very comfortable asking any questions we had and responses were sincere and not at all "rehearsed" as I have experienced at other times of my life while shopping for a vehicle. Jeff sold us exactly the type of car We Wanted, no more no less...I could not have had a more pleasant experience throughout the entire process. We paid exactly what I had expected for the car, a very fair price. Again...such a wonderful process, never once made to feel pressured which has been the case at other dealerships. Jeff is excellence! Sam is an extreme asset to the dealership. He is Thorough, Personable and a complete Pleasure to work with. He took his time explaining all the details of my transaction and answered thoroughly all questions that I had. I traded in my old car and they gave me above fair trade value. I felt like they weren't ripping me off. My entire family buys from Jeff because is is so nice.
