Ed in finance was able to meet an EXCELLENT intrest rate I had from my credit union. Anyhow..Paul and Ed helped me keep this secret and I presented the car to my daughter at her place of work!!!! All this done in 3 days!!!! They are REALLY a great group of people...even Sarah the receptionist she had a bubbly pleasant voice and personality!!!!! More

This was the first car I have ever leased from a dealership and couldn't imagine going thru any other place. From the atomosphere to the people that work there I was very satisfied. The experience was actually enjoyable. I recommend this dealership and salesperson to anyone looking for any car, even if its not a Toyota Derek will help you out. More

We took over a week and looked at 4 models and 8 cars. He had cars brought from other lots for us. We took them home; we had one over the weekend. He had Carley bring a car to our house. Carley brought the new key to our house. He matched the financing from our insurance company. He never pressured us even though we eventually went with a lesser vehicle. I know it's his job but still; I can't say enough good things about this guy, or Carley. If you're ever looking to buy a car, Roy Brenner is your man. More

My truck was butchered and the service manager said to go to another dealership and gave the name N------n Toyota if I want to see a real butcher job. My promised loaner was not available. The estimate given was 1/3 the actual price. WEST HERR terrified my wife when she took her car in for inspection. Needed $1200.00 brake job. The brakes were fine. The service manager said said that since there were so many miles on the car the barkes must be worn out. West Herr never looked at the brakes. The brakes were done at another shop and because West Herr had no record that meant the brakes were bad. More

I recently purchased a 2011 RAV4 from Derek Fogarty. Overall, this was a two day process with test driving and then my lengthly thought process.
