Quote include recommendation for work previously completed and replace all four tires (I literally drove the vehicle there from a tire shop and had a new tire installed on the car and they wanted to replace tie) they stood by their quote and said although the tire was "newer" I should consider replacing it. Wow. Needless to say not a fan of predatory recommendations. Had bought three different vechicles over the years from this location and fair amount of service work. First and last time I'm willing to be subjected to such malarkey More

lack of honesty I purchased a 2012 Toyota Tacoma new back in 2012. Asked the salesman Mike Snyder if it would be possible to get genuine Toyota Factory fog lights ins I purchased a 2012 Toyota Tacoma new back in 2012. Asked the salesman Mike Snyder if it would be possible to get genuine Toyota Factory fog lights installed. He said it would be no problem and it would be taken care of before I picked up the truck. I was specific that I did not want aftermarket equipment put on, but rather genuine Toyota accessories. When I picked up the truck and saw that a portion of the dashboard had been cut out and a plain black rocker switch was installed I knew it had not been genuine Toyota parts installed. I later learned it was indeed aftermarket stuff installed by a man named Wayne Steven. The fog lights stopped working and I got under the truck to take a look. Terrible workmanship, took it to a shop near my home and they informed me the wrong wire had been used and it all corroded, there was a relay that was installed backward and there was no H11 pigtail installed but rather spade connectors. So not only did the salesman lie to my face but the person who did the work did not know what he was doing nor did he care about the quality of the work. Do Not go to this dealership More
