My wife and I just bought a 2018 Rav4 from Don Pfeiffer at West Herr. It's an hour drive each way to the dealership for us and with our work we had a small window to work in. So over the course of 2 days at West Herr. It's an hour drive each way to the dealership for us and with our work we had a small window to work in. So over the course of 2 days Don was excellent in helping us find the vehicle we researched and test drive. He also worked quickly to get the vehicle ready for us and out the door with all the paperwork done. They did offer us the additional protection plans and explained them well. We did not feel pressured to accept one which was nice. May get one at a later date but weren't prepared for it at this time. What was really nice is Don worked with us on the price of an XLE trim instead of pushing the LE base line of which they had many. We ended up with the car we wanted and are very pleased.
