I recently had the pleasure of sitting down with Jason Peters at West Herr Toyota of Orchard Park. I was looking to secure a deal for a new Toyota RAV 4 for my father, his lease is up in May. After talkin Peters at West Herr Toyota of Orchard Park. I was looking to secure a deal for a new Toyota RAV 4 for my father, his lease is up in May. After talking with Jason a bit and discussing the options on the car my wanted, color, extra features (my father had to have that Siminoz coating) we discussed my fathers current RAV 4 equity and new lease numbers. Jason was very straightforward and it was a "no pressure" process. Jason did say that due to all of the backups and delays with the current state of the world, the car may not be in until March, but since my fathers lease is still going until May - we have plenty of time to get his new car in. I put down a $100 deposit, Jason reviewed it with his manager and then printed out the agreed upon details and prices. My father will be getting his new car in March of 2022. On Christmas I gave my father a card with the new lease details and he was more than thrilled! I am an strong believer of word of mouth, referrals and writing reviews and so I will be posting a follow-up on how this deal was finalized and the entire process when that new RAV 4 is actualy in my fathers driveway. I was greeted when I arrived and asked if I was going to wait for the service to be completed. I waited approximately and hour and the service and inspection was done meticulously. Stopped by to ask if they could reset my power windows. They couldn’t fix it so I had to set up an appointment to have a diagnostic appointment. Just guess what that would cost.
