Needless to say, I purchased form another area dealer (and have now purchased 3 more vehicles from them since). Today, I called just to ask their "best price" on a specific model and requested Tammy in Sales email me her response. She called me back, which was good; however, She quoted me a price that was $2k higher than I was offered by two other local dealers and wanted me to offer her "proof" of the lower offers. I told her I was not interested in playing games and just wanted to know her best offer. Tammy responded, "You should just buy from them then!" and hung up on me. More

SCAMMERS Bought a Subaru Impreza from Jordan. First day after I sign it, they tell me a rust protection I paid for is not gonna be available for a while. They Bought a Subaru Impreza from Jordan. First day after I sign it, they tell me a rust protection I paid for is not gonna be available for a while. They said they would have the car to me in two days. No thanks. So I went in, took it off and resigned the contract. That should've been the first bad sign but I needed the car. Now a week before my temp registration expires they're telling me I didn't pay for the car registration and it's on hold. I have the receipt and I paid 10$ over the 75$ price for license and registration in NYS. This whole thing has been a horrendous experience. More

ABOVE AND BEYOND Wow! That is the first word that comes to mind during my visit at Spurr Subaru. I have been a long time Subaru owner and typically buy every 3 years o Wow! One hour into the visit the sales representative was still incapable of giving us a price for the trade in and the new car. He could not do a thing without consulting with his manager. And when we wanted to live, we had to wait another 15 min because they could not be bother to return our keys. Needless to say they lost a deal. We were ready to buy with the title of the old car and cash in our pockets. More

Too bad the management doesn't seem to focus on positive customer relations. I was able to consummate a good deal trading elsewhere. In the past I have relied on Spurr for servicing my Outback, now with my purchase of a 2015 Subaru Forester from another dealer, I am leery about going back to Spurr after the interaction with Spurr's appraiser. The saddest part is the near proximity of their dealership and the potential of convenience getting my Subaru's serviced there. More
Bait and switch Arrangements were made to purchase a 2018 Forester with 0.9% financing. Upon arrival to the dealership the sales people set up the car to sync with my Arrangements were made to purchase a 2018 Forester with 0.9% financing. Upon arrival to the dealership the sales people set up the car to sync with my husband's iPhone, set up his Subaru online account, went over all the features of this shiny, new car and then 45 minutes later the finance managers let us know that the interest rate is now 1.9%. An $800 increase. We were told it was a human error and no price adjustments could/would occur to adjust for their "mistake". Sounds like a bait and switch to us. We opted to choose another dealership for this purchase. More
