They delivered my car with a rattle after oil change & computer review of check engine lights caused from gas cap (replaced). I am looking for new car & not sure whether I want to give West Herr my business due to this lapse. Frank was nice and everyone was pleasant, but I am wary of taking my Subaru in for future work. Great service department. They always strive to get your vehicle serviced correctly and efficiently.
