However, I am really disappointed that Subaru itself totally ignored the underpowered battery problem that was ongoing for several years, and chose t However, I am really disappointed that Subaru itself totally ignored the underpowered battery problem that was ongoing for several years, and chose to not even acknowledge the issue despite class action lawsuits, which I knew nothing about until all deadlines had passed. Thirty months ago I purchased my first Subaru from this dealership. It was very smooth transaction and their staff is great. Now I returned a week ago and was introduced to Paul Naum. My last purchase was from Paul M so hopefully I thought this was a good omen. My hopes were answered. I explained what I was interested in leasing and my new Paul found exactly what I was looking for and made a pain free fair deal. It was very pleasant. I've been buying and leasing cars for more than 50+ years and West Herr has been my best experience. When I came to pick up the car Paul introduced me to Katherine Pratt who would go over all the paperwork. She explained and helped me with everything. I did have maintenance and other items explained to me by another employee Steve. They transferred my plates, updated my insurance policy and took me out to go over all the knobs and whistles that my new Crosstrek comes with. In and out within the hour! I'll be back for my next vehicle and I think you should try West Herr for your next new car or lease. More
