They delivered my car with a rattle after oil change & computer review of check engine lights caused from gas cap (replaced). I am looking for new car & not sure whether I want to give West Herr my business due to this lapse. Frank was nice and everyone was pleasant, but I am wary of taking my Subaru in for future work. My late husband was parts & service director and I have familiarity with the process. Really worried about the work that was done. More
