Once we chose the car we were very pleased with the price and financial deal she arranged.We have had the car for about 4 weeks, and Lindsay has called frequently to check on our new addition and organize some additional needs we had. friendly folks, but totally incompetent service. I had numerous warranty problems, and their policy appears to be first to deny there is a problem, and then to say they fixed it when in fact they did litt numerous warranty problems, and their policy appears to be first to deny there is a problem, and then to say they fixed it when in fact they did little or nothing. And when they do a repair, it's shoddy work and your car will often come back with more problems than when you brought it in. To get them to move, you need to write to Subaru. I regret having bought a car there. More
