My experience at West Herr Subaru,and with Tony Chimera,was the best car buying experience i ever had. I came in last minute because my old car had a catastrophic engine failure.It was not a Subaru Chimera,was the best car buying experience i ever had. Another thing that I really like is how everyone at the dealership is very friendly in a genuine way. I get the impression that the people who work at West Herr Subarau/Kia really enjoy working there....and that is very important to me. Happy employees make happy customers....like me. As a small businessman, I don't have alot of time to take my car for oil changes. I get one day off, Sunday...and the last thing I want to do is spend half my day off at the quiklube.
