I had done some research because I needed to stay within a "tight budget". I started online with Pam who was more than helpful and upbeat. She introduced my to Jon Clark. Jon is one of the most personable "salesmen" I've ever met!! I say "salesmen" because Jon does not fit that typical car salesmen persona! He was knowledgeable and if he didn't have an answer, he quickly obtained it. Admittedly, he didn't have to hard sell me on this car because I was sold before I walked in. But, I don't know what I don't know. He educated me fully. I then met Tracey Duffy in finance and she was so sweet. Again, personable and down to earth. She had shown me all aspects of my contract I could have had questions on. On pick up day, I met Jon's assistant, Rachel. This girl is on the ball! Yet again, friendly and knows how to make customer's at ease. There were some questions regarding my contract and GM Tony Farina introduced himself to me to go over some final details. I ended up adding additional coverage just from talking with him. At this moment, I couldn't be happier. The car is divine. Even though I live in Tonawanda and the dealership is in Orchard Park, I will definitely return for any future needs. More

Tom Demarzio at West Herr Kia was absolutely GREAT to work with. It took a little time to get me an Optima of my specifications but our continual and sometimes daily communications were excellent!! Over the last 24 months, my family has purchased 4 cars from Chuck Hardy. We live about 100 miles from the dealership and there is a reason that we keep coming back.
