My "Dream" car!! Made an Appointment, Still Waited in a Cubicle an Hour After having a wonderful experience buying my first car through West-Herr many years ago, I decided to give their Subaru dealership a try for my new c After having a wonderful experience buying my first car through West-Herr many years ago, I decided to give their Subaru dealership a try for my new car. I was asked to make an appointment to see the car of interest. I indicated that I did not live nearby and that I was very interested in specifically seeing this car. After being told the car was on site and that it was not a problem, the appointment was made. Several days later, I came in for the appointment I was left at a desk for about twenty minutes after which a salesman stated the car had to be moved. Another twenty minutes passed as I sat at the desk alone and the salesman came back and stated the car was across the street. Still another fifteen minutes passed and then I was told it was out on a test drive with another person. I politely walked out. I think it is terrible customer service to ask someone to make an appointment and then give them the run around for an hour. Additionally, no one attempted to apologize for not having the car available or even bothering to spend any time with me throughout my time sitting alone at the desk, which roughly totalled 59 of the sixty minutes. I will not be returning or recommending this dealership to anyone I know. More
