Professional, easy to work with. My experience with West Herr was great. They were patient with me and helped me find exactly what I was looking for. The staff there were able to answer all the question's I had and explain everything in detail to me. There was a small discrepancy when printing the paperwork but that was handled quickly. Great Car, Lousy Service The sales process was not what I expected. Was left by sales rep to go help other customers and was only showed a hand full of cars. After delivery of The sales process was not what I expected. Was left by sales rep to go help other customers and was only showed a hand full of cars. After delivery of car, we noticed several problems. Cardboard and duct tape on the driver door sensor, wrong size wiper blades, cracked front bumper and although I knew of the screen being cracked on the radio, was not informed it made it in operable. Was told that someone would be contacting me about the issues I have brought up first thing in the morning..... it is now 1PM and still nothing. Overall, very displeased with the car buying experience. More
