No follow through on the deal We worked with Charles Hewitt, and it was an OK deal, except for the follow through on the deal. He agreed to include three oil changes in the deal. Very Good Service The salesman, Charles Hewitt was very helpful in helping us buy our used car. We weren't very happy with one, he had no problems getting us another to look at, and he did it again, until we were happy. He explained all he could, then brought another technician in to explain even more. They were very patient and helpful. BUT - as far as leaving the yard with my new/used car, I have nothing good to say about the detailing that was suppose to have been done on my car. I spent a good 1.5 hours later in the evening 'detailing' what they should have done. So, for the salesman and management i would give them a 5 star rating. For the detailing shop, you guys need to step it up! More
