My tire rotation and oil change were due to be done. Todd the service advisor was extremely polite, went over things with me and when I had a concern before leaving dealership he made sure it was addressed. the service advisor was extremely polite, went over things with me and when I had a concern before leaving dealership he made sure it was addressed. West Herr is well known in WNY for being a reputable car dealership conglomerate... they eschew the hard sell tactics that are unpleasantly used at other places. Even their F&I person in the Subaru dealersh dealership conglomerate... they eschew the hard sell tactics that are unpleasantly used at other places. Even their F&I person in the Subaru dealership was not a hard sell person, just presented options, explained thoroughly and left it at that Today's review is about the service department at Subaru. I called and was given a same day or next day appointment option, asked for a loaner car and was very courteously taken care of. Todd was my car care team member and he was professional, kind, patient and prompt in waiting on me. Each person I dealt with seemed to care whether I was happy with their service. My car was repaired and when I picked it up, it is running well again. The only thing I could take issue with, and I'm sure it's not just this dealership, but every dealership and may be due to high overhead costs, repair costs are extremely inflated if paying out of pocket... Highly recommend West Herr! More
