I have not one good word to say about this dealership’s maintenance dept. they have had my husband’s car for one month to replace a strut and do an alignment. One month! They can’t get the part, although my husband offered to go to Erie and buy the part and bring it to west herr, as it’s available there. They had my car for over 3 weeks in June puzzling over what was wrong with it. There had been work done on the gas line by my mechanic due to it having been eaten by an animal. Afterwards every light in the car came on. It was never conveyed to the mechanic that this had been done, even though I told the “liaison” 3 times to please tell him that. They couldn’t find the problem, a leak somewhere, but thought that maybe replacing the gas tank for $3000 might help! This is on a car that is driven about 6000 miles a year and had 58,000 miles on it. A problem seen only on a car with 120,000 miles on it. In the end they just redid what had already been done. I decided then not to go back to west herr. But my husbands car has an extended warranty so back he went. We might get his car back this week only after I called Subaru America and complained. We are leaving on a trip and would much prefer our Ascent to the little forester. I would give 0 stars for this dealership if possible. Will absolutely not buy another vehicle from them or have any maintenance done. I’m halfway between Erie and Buffalo, so I can just as easily go elsewhere. More

Staff very friendly and helpful. Waiting area very clean with complimentary drinks and a TV to watch while you wait. Areas clearly marked so you know where to go. The only issue I had was when I pulled into the service area, I told the staff that person that there was a ticking noise under my hood when I shut off my vehicle. He immediately dismissed it and said it was probably my engine being hot. I have had many vehicles over the years and not one of them ever made this noise. When my oil change was done and I received my paperwork, there was no mention of my concern. Very disappointed. More
