It took some doing, but in the end I got the vehicle I wanted, for the price I wanted. My wife's 2017 Rouge broke down and she limped it to the Lockport dealership. After explaining what the problem was, the girl at the desk said, "It will be a while... you don't have an appointment". I went Lockport dealership. After explaining what the problem was, the girl at the desk said, "It will be a while... you don't have an appointment". I went to the dealer two days later and it wasn't even looked at. two days later I was told a scan was taken, but no one there knew how to read the codes. A week later, I talked to the salesperson who sold her the vehicle AND the in-shop tech. I told them what the problem was. I finally called Nissan directly and started a case against the dealer. A week later Nissan sent a company tech to the dealer and told them what was wrong with the vehicle, which was exactly what I told them was wrong with the vehicle. We finally got the vehicle back 6 weeks after it was dropped off. Two weeks later we traded the vehicle in for another vehicle. We are still waiting for the title AND a response from the back we took a loan through. The dealer financial person went on a winter's long vacation. We will NEVER purchase another vehicle or have any service at that dealership. Our money spends anywhere we go, and we will take our money elsewhere. More
