Thankfully Ontario Mazda is the kind of dealer you want. They take the time to understand which model Mazda you want and how you would like it configured; and then work to get it for you. Their pricing is very competitive and they value well maintained 'trade-in' vehicles. That made a big difference to me. All in all, the purchase experience was one of the best I've had. Their service department is highly regarded and I know I can depend on them when my new Mazda CX-5 will ever need repair or service. Chris was so easy to talk to and he answered all of my questions. Joe gave me a very fair trade on my old car. Both Chris and Joe explained everything about the new purchase in detail.
