A Great Experience😋👍 I had my 2008 Ford Fusion for 3 years. She served her purpose but started needing a lot of repairs that would cost a lot of money. Ontario Mazda came I had my 2008 Ford Fusion for 3 years. She served her purpose but started needing a lot of repairs that would cost a lot of money. Ontario Mazda came to my rescue! Chris Jay, the sales consultant, told me that they had a used Mazda6 with low mileage in great condition. I came into the dealership and took it for a test drive. I was politely greeted by Joe (the sales manager) and Chris with smiles and handshakes. They made me feel like an important, valued person as well as a potential customer. Chris explained all of the features in the car, showed me where everything was located and answered all of my questions. He took his time and was very thorough with his answers and explanations. I was treated well with kindness, patience and respect. My experience purchasing a car with Chris at Ontario Mazda was a very positive one! Great staff and selection. Jill was awesome. She came out to help me within minutes of me showing up to the lot. She was very knowledgeable and was able to answer all of my ques Jill was awesome. Now I've had my Mazda 3 for a week I have decided that this is the very best car I've ever owned. At 77 years old I'm having the time of my life with the 6-speed manual, the superb quiet ride, and all the goodies that come with the car such as blind side warning, backup camera, and the infotainment system. Careless work I brought my car in for an oil change, and they did not put the plastic under the car back on right. While I was driving down highway it fell off half I brought my car in for an oil change, and they did not put the plastic under the car back on right. While I was driving down highway it fell off half way and dragged. I called 3 times and they kept transferring me over for mechanics and never an answer. I was pretty pissed just for a careless mistake that didn't need to happen. So I went to a family owned business Geneva foreign and sports and they fixed the problem for me very fast because they knew that was an annoying problem and careless mistake More
