New car in 24 hours! I traded my '04 Saab (original owner) with 95k for a 2015 Mazda 6. My Saab needed $2k in repairs but somehow I still got $5k in a trade. Negotiations were fun, friendly and high spirited but never confrontational. In 24 hours, I drove my new car away from the point in time I walked in to start negotiations. In '08, I purchased an SUV from this dealership and felt I was treated very well and I know the service department is excellent. Even though I must travel 25 miles and there's a Mazda dealership in my town - Ontario Mazda is my first choice. Once again, I'm delighted. More

He cares about the customer's concerns and helps them out in any way he can. He also shows pride in the Mazda line and recommends Mazda to customers for their next purchase. Also, the technicians (mechanics) are also very knowledgeable and professional. I have not had any problems with repairs not being done correctly. I would recommend to anyone who owns a Mazda to take their Mazda to Ontario Mazda for any of their service needs. More

I bought my new 2014 Mazda 6 in July of 2013 at Ontario. The process was SO simple. As a single female it can be daunting to try and haggle with car salesmen but this was a great experience.
