In for Service, Out Purchasing a Certified Used Mazda3 I went in to replace a low beam bulb on my beloved 2008 Mazda3 (with 129,000 miles). At my age and with my health, I thought maybe I should be looking at another car with way fewer miles. I asked Christopher Jay if he had a used Mazda3 and he immediately showed me a good looking 2011 Mazda3 with 38, 000 miles and Mazda Use Car Certification. While my low beam was replaced, we discussed warranties, interest rate, down payment, trade in and monthly payment. He had already urged me to test drive it, which I did and that went really well. The deal was made in about an hour, after talking with Chris and also talking with Joe Cordeiro (Manager), and Stefanie Northrup who set up details of when to pick up the car and gave me a whole lot of information on paper. They also had me talk to Dave in service whom I have worked with for all the service on my 2008 Mazda. I really like the service there. So, I now have the 2011 Mazda3 which I love. The warranties are like with new cars, and feels like a new car. I have to laugh though that because of a burned out low beam bulb, I ended up purchasing a Mazda Certified Used Car. Bravo to Mazda! More
Love my new car I had the misfortune of needing a new car after my 2-year-old car was totaled in an accident. I chose the same dealer family as before, Ontario Honda-Mazda, because they have great customer service, including free loaner cars (people who live alone need that). My previous car was a Mazda 2, and the one before that was a Honda Fit, and those were the two cars I considered this time around. The Honda Fit had some wonderful features, but for that reason it cost more. The Mazda 2 is a fun little car, peppy and the right size for me, and the price was right. I did purchase the optional extended warranty (it has served me well in the past), and a bluetooth kit. Bluetooth came standard with the Honda Fit, but so did some other features that I didn't need or care about. My sales rep, Jill Haddock, was personable, very knowledgeable, and was able to track down a vehicle in my preferred color and configuration, which had to be transferred from another city. More
Mazda 3 I was skeptical when I went to the dealer. Wasn't sure I wanted the Mazda. New car in 24 hours! I traded my '04 Saab (original owner) with 95k for a 2015 Mazda 6. My Saab needed $2k in repairs but somehow I still got $5k in a trade. Negotiations were fun, friendly and high spirited but never confrontational. In 24 hours, I drove my new car away from the point in time I walked in to start negotiations. In '08, I purchased an SUV from this dealership and felt I was treated very well and I know the service department is excellent. Even though I must travel 25 miles and there's a Mazda dealership in my town - Ontario Mazda is my first choice. Once again, I'm delighted. More
Service Manager David Bullock and his team are top notch. I have been taking my wife’s Mazda 626 to Ontario Mazda for service for 12 years. I have had only good experiences with the service department. Service Manager David Bullock goes the extra mile to help out the customer. He cares about the customer's concerns and helps them out in any way he can. He also shows pride in the Mazda line and recommends Mazda to customers for their next purchase. Also, the technicians (mechanics) are also very knowledgeable and professional. I have not had any problems with repairs not being done correctly. I would recommend to anyone who owns a Mazda to take their Mazda to Ontario Mazda for any of their service needs. More

I bought my new 2014 Mazda 6 in July of 2013 at Ontario. The process was SO simple. As a single female it can be daunting to try and haggle with car salesmen but this was a great experience. I came in ,told them what I wanted and then I test drove 3 different cars. I walked out with my new car purchased within the hour. When I tell people what I am paying they think I am lying because it is so cheap. I will definitely be a customer for life!! More
