On the way out, David also shared a cute story with me and gifted me a rubber duck which now lives in my vehicle and joins me and 4 year old daughter on all of our adventures. When I discovered that I had lost all sound on my 2022 Hyundai Tucson , I was concerned with the seriousness of the problem .Because I had no sound coming out of the speakers, I did not have use of the sa Hyundai Tucson , I was concerned with the seriousness of the problem .Because I had no sound coming out of the speakers, I did not have use of the safety warning features of my car. When I tried to get a service appointment on the internet the wait was nearly 7 weeks. With the safety issue paramount. I knew that was too long of a wait. I then got in touch with James fogarty a service advisor with west Herr Hyundai. Mr Fogarty knew the time was of the essence and he pushed my appointment ahead of not more than a week, and asked if I could bring the car early that day 12/13/23. When I brought the car in early, Mr Fogarty explained that his service team was off tomorrow and that Sevice advisor David Mullane would handle my car problem. It was good to know that they were keeping me informed. On December 13 at 9:35 am I was notified by David Mullane, that my car had been fixed with a new part that they had in their parts department and that my safety features were working normally. I was very pleased with the way they handled my problem, knowing that, no sound with my warning system created an unsafe situation . While they had my car they did a multipoint inspection.
