Mike was very nice. When I approached him, I was "tire-kicking" to kill time during a service visit, but he was willing to talk and show me the features on the car I was curious about. I drove it, and in about 5 minutes said, "Lets talk numbers." Back at the office, he collected the info he needed, disappeared for a minute or two, and came back with a deal I could live with.
