I had been actively looking to purchase a vehicle for two full weeks. After visiting several dealerships and speaking with several salesmen, we decided to go with Doan because of the salesman we were dealing full weeks. John was helpful without being pushy. He was open and honest about the specific vehicles we were looking at. He went above and beyond, over and over again. He walked the lot, in the cold and snow, while we sized up the different vehicles to find one that fit both my daughter's wheelchair and my budget. Marty greeted us on a really cold day in the parking lot as we began our search for my husbands' new Charger. He pointed out lots of stuff in the cars on the lot and then invited us in to talk some more and as we began our search for my husbands' new Charger. We got down to what my husband's 'must haves' were and then Marty found a car on the lot to test drive. We left with lots of info, visited the car the following day and went back the third day to make a deal. It was relatively painless. When the trade wasn't as good as my husband had hoped, John came out to talk to us and we worked toward meeting halfway on the trade and a better down payment till all parties were satisfied. The financing rate was VERY competitive and George was great explaining the final papers and selling us an incredible extended warranty. Martys' final delivery of the car and explanation of all the 'buttons, whistles and bells' was very through and we left very happy with our beautiful new Charger!
