We had some unexpected car issues, and ultimately found ourselves in the market for a vehicle when we did not expect it. We had some awful experiences at other dealerships and some very lengthy and frustra ourselves in the market for a vehicle when we did not expect it. We had some awful experiences at other dealerships and some very lengthy and frustrating internet searches. One evening, I decided to take another look online and found an amazing Town and Country at Doan. We decided to see it the next day. My husband called the dealer, told John we were interested in the vehicle and by the time we got there, he had it parked right by the showroom and let us check it over inside and out. He was completely knowledgable about the history of the vehicle and answered all the questions we had. He worked with us to get an excellent amount for our trade and did everything he could to lower our payment to where we were comfortable with it. The only part that was a little difficult was at delivery. We have four young children who got a little tired of waiting, but we understand that it was the end of the month "mayhem" at the dealership and they were very busy trying to get everything done. Two days later, John personally delivered to my house, two extra keys, the owners manual, and some accessories for the vehicle. I felt like that was exceptional service. The vehicle itself is amazing, and I'm still discovering all of the stuff it can do. My six year old daughter sums it up pretty well, she says it's, "one sweet ride". I would have to agree! Thank you John and Doan! More

Walking into a car dealership can be a frightening experience, but when I walked in the door and met Wayne I felt some of that fear ease. I recently visited a ford dealership interested in leasing a new vehicle that i would purchase at the end most likely. I was aware my credit was not as great as it could be and wanted to know what i w leasing a new vehicle that i would purchase at the end most likely. I was aware my credit was not as great as it could be and wanted to know what i would qualify for before i began shopping for a new vehicle. Not only was i put under the impession I could lease the vehicle I wanted, that my credit was fine, but that it was going to be "no problem". Personally Ive never been so excited in my life because Ive never owned nor leased a new vehicle, to me, it was a personal milestone. After being denied the vehicle (and waiting all day and evening for a response) I felt cheated. I wanted the truth from the beginning, I wouldnt of got my hopes up. They talked me into getting a co-signer which was not something i was comfortable with, however, I was told with my cosigner that had 740 credit I would be getting my new truck "no ifs, ands, or buts about it". Day 3 of this emotional roller coaster, the salesman calls up and says NO. AGAIN. Not only am i not getting my truck but they are trying to get me into a new car....I never wanted a car. At this point I needed to do something. I had to have a car but I didnt trust anyone. I stopped at Doan Jeep with a couple hours I had before I had to go back to work and took a shot. Ive always loved Jeep brand but never thought I could afford them. This is where my story becomes a success. I started looking at patriots because They reminded me of the cherokee sports that used to be around. Mike Mcauley, the salesperson at Doan, actually listened to my story and understood how important this was to me. We started with what I wanted to look at, and what my goal was. He made it his goal as well and actually explained what all the steps were in order for me to get into a new car. No one had done that, they just ran around dealerships "running numbers" never inteested to hear what I thought. I was even introduced to the sales manager, John Labate, who actually took the time to speak to me instead of hiding behind the glass like the other dealerships. I was instantly comfortable and was prepared to find out the bad news if there was any. I was never promised anything, I was told honestly what I qualified for, and all the options I had. I was shown the vehicles inside and out, and never felt pressure or a false sense of security. Thats all I wanted from the beginning. Thank You!.....By the end of the day I knew exactly what I was getting. My dream vehicle which was the jeep grand cherokee. Are you kidding? I received the best all around service I couldve imagined and was leaving with a truck I would never in a million years thought I would be driving. The price was right, the process was smooth, and I will never shop for another vehicle anywhere else. THAT IS A FACT. Mike even said, Im glad i was able to put you in your first new car....Me too.
