The first new car I bought from Jim Bentley was in 1984, a brand new, first year, Mini-Van. Over the years Jim and I always kept in touch, but it wasn't until last summer that Dodge had another car I wanted a brand new, first year, Mini-Van. Over the years Jim and I always kept in touch, but it wasn't until last summer that Dodge had another car I wanted, a new 2011 Hemi Charger R/T! Jim was a great guy to purchase a car from, he knows everything about the cars he sells, and his attitude made me feel that the only thing he cared about was putting me in a car I would Love and one that was right for me. I had several minor problems with the car and each time the Doan guys got me right in the shop and had the problem repaired quick and correctly. Everyone at the shop is friendly and seemed to have plenty of time to talk with me about the issues. On several occasions parts needed to be ordered and they had them overnight and I was back in my car by 11:00 the next morning. I can't say enough good things about the folks at Doan Dodge, everyone there is good people and whenever I stop in I feel like I'm visiting friends. One of the things I really like is that when I stop in people always say Hi and ask if I need help, but I never get the feeling that "Vultures" are descending on me like in a lot of other shops. If I'm just looking to walk around and checkout cars, after an initial greeting when I tell them I just want to check out their cars, the sales staff leaves me along to look unless I flag someone down to ask a question. I normally don't do reviews like this but I was very happy with my expierience so I thought I would share. From start to finish Cory DeKruger was low pressure he even intoduced me to his manager Mike Daechner who was also low pressure just wanted to thank me for coming in and gave me his contact info just in case I couldnt get ahold of Cory I can see why Doan is called the family of dealerships they made me feel like I was dealing with family. I didnt buy on my first visit and I didnt feel like I had to escape like I did at other dealers. I did eventually buy and absolutely love my new jeep. I would recommend them to anyone I even get paid if someone I know buys from them sounds like a win win to me! More

The day we pulled in Doan had been closed 4pm sunday, as we drove through the lot when we found the T&C's we got out to look closer and Houng came up to ask if he could help. It was cold and I new he was already past his scheduled time so we told him we would come back when Doan was actually open to see if we could test drive. Came back the next day did our test drive and also test drove a Journey but stayed with the T&C. Settled on a price did some paperwork said we would be back 6pm the next day to finish. We arrived a couple minutes after 6 to finish the paperwork and as we walked in found things not done for a mixed reason. Also found the rust electronic inhibitor unit had not been installed. Rather than the the 1 hour it was 2 hours to complete the transaction and I still have to bring the T&C back for the install of the rust inhibitor. We had a handicapped child at our house a baby and her mother at our house who thought they would be home by 7 didn't get home until after 9, after a long day already. As it stands now I have to come back Monday (maybe) to have this unit installed and a scratch on the dash board fixed. We like Mr.Levine and wish him well in his future at Doan. More

I never felt "hasseled" and at the conclusion I was not only satisfied with the final outcome but actually enjoyed the process and felt very pleased with my purchase. More
