West Herr needs to work to recover the personalized service that Towne Mini provided Mini Owners. Calling for service and waiting on hold or having to leave a message for someone to give a call back i service that Towne Mini provided Mini Owners. Kyle Robinson did a 5 Star job taking care of making sure my service needs were taken care of with texts to keep me updated and answered questions and concerns. The loaner is a benefit that we truly appreciate. I will say the loaner I had was not cleaned out…used napkins in the driver door pocket and quite a bit of leaves on the passenger and driver side on the floors. I rated the dealership a 3star, West Herr, you need to up your game. You may have bought the Brand Mini Cooper, but now you need to up your game. Towne Mini was a class act. More
This is my fourth BMW from this dealership and the first time I’ve needed extended service. My car is 4 years old with 18,000 miles. The power supply warning light came on out of no where…. I immediately ca time I’ve needed extended service. My car is 4 years old with 18,000 miles. The power supply warning light came on out of no where…. I immediately called and was told to bring it in for service. Initially the service rep thought it might be the battery which he informed me would not be covered by the extended warranty I purchased when I bought out my lease. After completing the diagnostic analysis he told me it was the alternator and it also is not covered by the extended warranty. I mentioned that I researched online the average life and mileage for the alternator which is 7 years and between 80,000 and 150,000 miles. He told me BMW’s rule is 4 years and 50,000 miles. So because my car is 4 years and 4 weeks old it is out of warranty. When I asked about “good will” after he talked to his manager I was told they would need to keep the car and do more analysis on the battery, need to remove the new alternator, put the old one back in and assess. I mentioned he told me they checked the battery during the original diagnostic assessment and he said it was fine. Then he suggested that I jump started the battery and that could damage the alternator. I was highly insulted by this unfounded accusation. I am a single woman that came directly to the dealer when I saw a warning on the dash. I rely on the dealership to maintain my car. He claimed that the “good will” assessment could take weeks and may not be favorable. He did point out they were giving me a $100 loyalty discount! So long story short I paid the $2,600. I am very disappointed in how this was handled and how I was treated. I really thought BMW could have done more. I’m not suggesting there would be no charge but something more than $100 discount. This experience is leaving me to question my loyalty to BMW. More

Marcy was a great salesman, listened to what I wanted and didnt try to force anything on me. The finance worker helped me get what I wanted and into the price range I needed to make this work.
