Overall my raring for BMW Buffalo is 8 out of 10. Sales people knowledgeable and great to work with, location easy to get to, they were willing to work with me on pricing and listened to me (A+ for t Sales people knowledgeable and great to work with, location easy to get to, they were willing to work with me on pricing and listened to me (A+ for that alone), extended warranty, APR, and I love that they are now part of the West Herr Family. It's all about negotiation. Know what you can afford and know your credit score, The finance person is seasoned, knowledgeable, and a super nice guy. Do your homework before going in so you don't waste your time or the sales people. More
Repair work was done to my complete satisfaction although the process to inform me of what had to be repaired was delayed a day because the person handling my case didn’t go to work a particular day and no o the process to inform me of what had to be repaired was delayed a day because the person handling my case didn’t go to work a particular day and no one else called me thus delaying the repair time an extra day. That to me is totally unacceptable. You don’t delay simply because someone isn’t at work. I don’t know if I’ll be bringing in my car for further repairs unless closer to home repair shops can’t handle my problem. This was the case this time. I had to have it done at your dealership. Great dealership but tooooooo far away to get to unless I have no other choice AND no one called me with updates as the work progressed. More
