I was very happy with purchasing my vehicle from TOWNE BMW I worked with Brian on sales and Michael Dicasta And Patrick Healy Michael and Patrick were my final reason for purchase. Sadly West Her BMW I worked with Brian on sales and Michael Dicasta And Patrick Healy Michael and Patrick were my final reason for purchase. Sadly West Herr took over the dealership before my first Oil change I’m not a West Herr fan And incredibly disappointed that Michael is no longer with the dealership. In true West Herr form After I had an appointment 2 weeks out my loaner was not available the gentleman during check in were great however I e never had great experiences Edith West Herr ford I went to TOWNE to avoid West Herr I hope they realize these are not low end cars and take care of their clients accordingly More

Love BMW vehicles but service is shady. Took my BMW took in due to service engine soon light came on. Told me the motor was shot. $15,000.00 to fix or give me $2,000. for trade in. 1 year later car is still in due to service engine soon light came on. Told me the motor was shot. $15,000.00 to fix or give me $2,000. for trade in. 1 year later car is still running great for a "shot" motor. More
