I did not wish to put it off and reschedule, because I felt an airbag recall was important! BMW did not fix the recall that it was brought in for - and never told me! I read it on the invoice and had to call twice to get ahold of service advisor who said 'yeah, we are still waiting on BMW to approve the replacement of air bags - when asked 'why didin't you at least tell me, his response was, 'that's why I wrote it in there' - I told him you just don't get it do you...POOR service, he said oh yeah, I do get it, sorry.
