Excellent costumer service at BMW of Buffalo. Adam Orzechowski- service manager is a great people person and a real asset to the dealership.He inspected my 2020 Tesla Y in less than an hour. I drove in from CA and had a problem with the ignition switch. -My car sat for 2 weeks, ostensibly waiting for parts. I finally bypassed Max, my serice rep, when I had to leave in 3 days. The service manager stepped up, got the part and ready to go in 2 days, the original estimate. The service is great if you don't have to use the useless reps. Mine did not answer the phone, answer messages or return texts. More
