yes they are courteous but honestly they are always telling me why they can't make an appointment, why they are too busy. I have used a bunch of different BMW centers as I have moved around for work. telling me why they can't make an appointment, why they are too busy. I have used a bunch of different BMW centers as I have moved around for work. This is the first where I feel like I'm bothering them with questions, concerns, work needed. I guess I was spoiled. Will drive an extra hour each way for better service, and when it's time for a new vehicle, will go where I've been taken care of. More
