Typical dealership nothing out of the ordinary. They were accommodating and they offered us waters and coffee upon arrival. We did have some difficulties with the title on the used vehicle that we purchased because they said it was signed by the previous owner incorrectly, but it took over a week to resolve. Corey did stay in touch via text message but when specifically asked if we needed to reach out to our insurance company or if the dealer would he did not answer the question until he was asked about it several times- they did reach out to the insurance company for us. The dealer was supposed to transfer the plates from our trade onto our new vehicle but my wife was pulled over nearly two weeks later and the officer said that the plates are still showing up as the previous vehicle, so whether the dealer is at fault for not completing the plate transfer or if it was the DMV I am not sure but in my opinion spend the 150 bucks on the new plates rather than having them transferred. More

Mini service has just been moved to BMWs shop, and the transition seems to be, from the customer perspective, very smooth.
