I had no communication regarding when my car would be done. No call or anything. I dropped my car off at 10:45am for service and I never heard anything regarding my car. I had to show up before the deale done. No call or anything. I dropped my car off at 10:45am for service and I never heard anything regarding my car. I had to show up before the dealer closed to see if it was done after I called multiple times and no one answered the phone. I also dropped my car off for basic maintenance/oil change/wheel alignment and my black bmw rims are all scratched up and they were not scratched when the vehicle went in for service. More
