Friendly, knowledgeable, helpful When i came to West Coast i was looking for specifics. But it seemed the cash wasn't matching up to that idea. I was very grateful to have met Roy and When i came to West Coast i was looking for specifics. But it seemed the cash wasn't matching up to that idea. I was very grateful to have met Roy and Jeremy, which were extremely instrumental in helping me to see that I can look (outside the box) and love a different make of car just as much as I loved Toyota's and Nissans. Jeremy graciously made the numbers work with the cash payment I had to give. The staff was very personable and wanted to do whatever they could to make me and my family feel comfortable.
