Dealer We went to the dealer for a oil change on our 2015 altima , The salesman Justin Follano kept pressuring us to buy a new rouge . After comming back us 5 times with the price chainging every time , My wife afterword told me that she felt so Pressured that she Caved in an thought he was not going to take no . asked me if it was ok to buy (lease) the rouge. The Next day i took it back to the dealer and spoke to the salesman who said that he could do nothing at the time. i later called someone else at the dealer who told me to come back in and talk with the salesman again . upon return the salesman said that he would put us in a new Altima. They did not have a altima on there lot that we wanted so thay did a dealer trade with a dealer in Orlando fl (Reed Nissan) I was told they would have it the next day , It took 4 days to get it in . When we went in with the Finance Manager Matt Tann He had us sign a few papers and gave us a new dmv registration for the ALTIMA and told us we were all done . The salesman came over and gave us the keys in the showroom and told us were the car was and left us there in the showroom . When i returned back home i decided to check all of the finance Paperwork I realised that all of the paper work was still on the Rouge , and i called the salesman and informed him that i did not have the correct papers.After several phone calls and text to Justin Follano He informed me that we would receive the new paperwork from Nissan Motor Acceptance Co . After 3 weeks of not getting Anything from NMAC , I called and was told by a NMAC service rep that i did not have a lease on a 2017 Altima but A 2017 Rouge Was leased to me And i was to make the payment on the rouge . I explained to NMAC that Wesley Chapel Nissan had the rouge for over a month. They told me to call the dealer , When i called W/C Nissan NO ONE would listen to me . After several Attempts , I contacted Troy Stevenson (Customer Relations Rep ) and asked for a personal Meeting , He ask me to meet him at the dealer . After explaining things to him HE Told me that he would unwind the deal and give me our trade in back , He Handed me a service order from the service dep And told me that i owed the dealer 649.00 dollars .to get my car, ( After 3 weeks of not sleeping and Anxiety I Just wanted this hole thing to be over , I payed the 649.00 to get my car back . Troy then sent me back to finance to get the DMV Paper work . When Matt Tann HANDED me the new registration i explained to him that it was not correct , He told me that was all he could do and was not going to do anything else !!!! / I was informed by a Police Officer that night that the registration and license plate Decal Were not right and if cought driving the car with that plate i could get in big trouble. / The next day I returned to the dealer and spoke with troy stevenson and Matt tann again , when i ask Troy to come out and look at the plate on the car . He got VERY NASTY , and said SIT DOWN he did not have time for this xxxx !!! , Troy then TOLD Matt to check with there dmv person about a 30 day Temp tag until the paperwork mess up got fixed Because he (troy) knew the decal and registration were not correct. Matt came back and told me he had done all that he could do and left me in the showroom , I then ask to speek with troy Stevenson again about my 2nd key that they failed to give me back , he told me he did not have it and He would not replace it either / So now i have a car with a missing key a bad license plate and out 649.00 dollars / On 11/29/2017 I called NMAC And was told that i was still leased to a 2017 Rouge , after i asked to talk to a manager i was told that on 11/02/2017 that NMAC Notified W/C Nissan and told them to unwind the contract because they NMAC could not do a vin # swap from a rouge to an altima , / also on11/29 i found out from fl DMV VIN Check that WC Nissan sold the Rouge on 11/24 that is still leased to me and my wife as of 12/01/2017 . I believe the dealer should give me the 649.00 dollars back minus the 69.00 oil change that they did do / Replace my Key they lost / and get the License Plate issue fixed More

Jonathan was very helpful in trying to explain the car in a financial aspect based on what worked for my budget and wants. I ended up driving off the lot with a 2016 Nissan Rogue with under the mileage I wanted and at a price range I wanted to stay within. The gentleman were all attentive from my sales guy to the finance department. Would recommend and will return as needed for service. More

Troy is a key asset to this company Matt was nice and he replaced nick because Nick did not give me the time of day. Everything was so nice until wade came out and told me I was forced to buy a lifetime warrantee on a car that still had one. I’m an accountant and he took off 1500 of the 1995$ which is rediculous! I’m not paying part of a thing that I’m not getting at all. He is a xxxxx, I was top in sales at all 3 companies before I went back to school. I had pre approved check for 17,000$ in my pocket along with 3,000$ cash and I stood around for 3 hours. The finance director was awesome, he seemed Egyptian because my uncle is but maybe middle eastern but I can’t remember his name I think yousef. Either way, he knew I was tired and had been there since 6 and it was 9. He took care of it quick. The next day I get up to go to work, my windows are all covered I turned my wipers on to find out wow “there is not a wiper”. The only light that was on was the tire pressure which matt said he drove to 2 gas stations and could find gas but they had 25 psi so I was ok for a few days. There was under 20 in 3 or them. Then I hear noises. I wasted 3 lunch breaks finding a shop to put air in my tires and buying tire caps for the ones missing. Finding an auto parts score to get wipers (huge safety issue by the way). Then my third I took it to a reputable Auto shop that has been in business for over 35 years, he couldn’t hear the noise until putting on lift and knew immediately it was the breaks and told me to take it back. That was another 50$, he also told me the oil hadn’t been changed and car is 3,000 past sticker and oil filter light also on. I called service to ask how could have they missed this!!!?? Yes it’s only a 20,000$ car but I deserve the same quality as everyone else. The answer I got was they’ve never even seen the car and this is the first time of this happening. What if my brakes went out? Then I call to ask if maybe they would compensate me for my missing 3 lunches, I was talking about a car wash, an oil change a checkup. Something to know that you care and Wade said ya we will service it, that’s your compensation and then told me twice to bring it back and he would give me my 20 thousand back. This guy is a manager and you allow him to treat people like that??? Not only will I never come back but I already put the word out what you did to me. Thanks for the customer service. Crystal was very nice thank you Crystal for compensating me for my wipers, I still had to pay 50$ to have a third party tell me if I was hearing stuff. So I’m out 50$. Cruz was awesome, he might have saved the dealership. Someone needs to complement a service manager for giving the best service at the store. Troy who is the public relations mananger went above and beyond to make it up to me and I know a lot of dealerships as busy as this one don’t care. I can say that Wesley Chapel Nissan cares. I received a call right after the review and everything was made right. Thank you Troy More

Outstanding!! If I was able to rate an 11 out of 10 I would! Let me start off by saying, Wesley Chapel Nissan was #4 on my list of dealership options when choosing where to buy my Titan and Rogue. That's not bec Let me start off by saying, Wesley Chapel Nissan was #4 on my list of dealership options when choosing where to buy my Titan and Rogue. That's not because I had heard bad things, or I had read negative reviews. I just live over an hour away and there were 3 other options from point A-B. The search really began because my girlfriend who owns a Nissan Rogue SV had some serious buyers remorse and was interested in upgrading her vehicle to the SL model. So we did a little research and boom, it hit me. The Nissan Titan, and I needed it. Yesterday. So with a little convincing we drove the 1.3 hours from Orlando, not knowing what to expect. We arrived at the dealership very shortly after it had opened and were almost immediately greeted by Nick Joyce. Now let me go ahead and say, this was not your typical Sales Hound, harassing you first thing in the morning, he had a good positive energy. He seemed more like a customer service rep than a salesman, which in the automotive world, more should take the approach of. We explained the situation that she wanted to upgrade her vehicle and I'd love to get a titan but that's about impossible so just focus on her and if you have the time work with me after. I wish I could go into detail the amount of effort and time Nick took to make not only my girlfriend happy, but also myself. Not only did she get her Rogue, but I got the Titan of my dreams. I asked for a little, and he brought the house. At no point during the sale was I uncomfortable or felt I was being swindled, never felt I was being pushed or coaxed. The absolutely best experience I've ever had at a dealership. Here's the kicker, the dealership was completely out of 4x4 Titans, Nick found me one and BROUGHT IT TO ME IN ORLANDO. Not only did he do that, he walked me through everything I needed to know, setup my bluetooth etc as if we were on the dealership lot. That's outstanding. I highly recommend this dealership, and I completely endorse Nick Joyce as an outstanding salesman. I truly appreciate EVERYTHING Nick did for us. One last additional note, Matt Tan in finance. Outstanding person, first time I've ever been in finance and didn't feel pressured or concerned I was being ripped off in some way, and everything on my paperwork was exactly what I expected. No hidden charges, no spikes. Really enjoyed my time with him as well. I wish everyone at this dealership the best. More
