He gave me all the information on the cars I liked and I went home to decide. I went back the next night to buy a Juke. Wassin was awsome he got me a great deal on the car I wanted. D was awesome, he was very down to earth and cared about me as a person and not just another number. Danny also was extremely helpful and assured me of my purchase as well. Chris Brown took the time to look over several cars with me, including a couple test drives in which I finally found my car! He was extremely respectfully and articulate about the various cars we tested. Any questions I had he was able to provide an intelligent answer and I really appreciated his service. Matt Tan in financing was efficient and did everything he could to find me the best deal and he did! He even made sure his counter parts didn’t miss any additional benefits towards my contract that he could find and he indeed included a lot of perks that will help protect me as the buyer in the long run. I usually hate car buying, I am a huge skeptic and ask a lot of questions however Jonathan was patient and made my experience smooth and pleasant! He not only gave us a great deal, he also explained everything we needed to know about our new car and made sure we had his business card should we have further questions. My husband is looking to trade his explorer sometime soon and we will definitely be back with Johnathan for our next car buying experience at Wesley Chapel Nissan. More

We arrived at the l My husband and I initially choose Wesley Chapel Nissan for the warranties they could offer after doing extensive research online. We arrived at the lot and walked past a man in a suit who asked if he could answer any questions. I said, "no thank you.were just looking right now." He told us he would be there if we did have any questions. UNBELIEVABLY we were not converged on by every available sales person on the lot. We literally walked the lot looking at vehicles and chatting with each other. It wasn't until about 20 minutes later that a young man came over, introduced himself as Matthew Manning and asking if he could help us. We had picked out a couple vehicles and he went to get the keys. Matthew was very friendly, informative and professional and heaven knows he had the patience of a saint with us as we looked at several vehicles. His demeanor never once changed. It was clear he was on a mission to help us buy a vehicle and not simply to "sell" us one. When we had made our decision (finally! ) Matt basically helped walk us through the process, straight forward, never tried to steer us toward anything that we weren't already looking for and making sure we were comfortable the entire time. While we were waiting to finish with finance James, who is the assistant manager of Internet sales stopped, introduced himself, chatted with us for a good while and thanked us for coming in. Chris, who has only been in car sales (promotion) for two weeks was introduced to us by Matt and he sat and chatted with us as well until we went back to see Danny in finance. Danny was very thorough, explaining everything as we went along and trying to make sure we were comfortable through the process. Even today, 4 days after the sale we were contacted by Crystal (manager Internet sales) to make sure we were happy. My husband and I both intensely dislike the car process and truly avoid it like the plague (our trade was 18 years old ) but our dealings with all the staff at Wesley Chapel Nissan has given me a positivity about a car dealership that I never thought I would have. We were shown great respect every step of the way (even after they looked at our way past being dead trade) and also with kindness and professionalism. These people helped my husband give me the best Christmas ever by driving home in a Cadillac SRX. Thank you to my husband and THANK YOU to all the staff we interacted with at Wesley Chapel Nissan. You're AWESOME and when we're ready for another vehicle, we will be back. More
