I sent requests to every Nissan dealer within 100 miles of my house, and Wesley Chapel Nissan was the most polite to speak to on the phone and happen to be only 10 minutes from my house. So I decided to stop in the same day I got home and was introduced to Don, right from the beginning he was very polite, personal and not your typical pushy salesman. By the luck of the draw we happened to speak with their Internet Sales Director, Crystal Enger. To say it was an awesome experience would not be saying enough. The experience encountered from start to finish was what all dealerships should model their sales force upon. The dealership spent not only the time answering all of our inquiries regarding the vehicle in question, but never even pressured us to commit or try to have a manager try and give us a hustle or double talk. Sales person Henry Comacho was someone whom I would totally recommend. He knew his product, never once fiddled with his phone, as others have done, and devoted every minute of our visit explaining what a customer would want to know. Never had any pressure from anyone and was made to feel like we belonged. Our experience at this dealership was amazing in all ways.
