Deceptive Sales Practices - DO NOT BUY FROM HERE Let me start by saying no one likes buying cars nowadays. I completely understand this end expect a full day at the dealership to finally come to a de Let me start by saying no one likes buying cars nowadays. I completely understand this end expect a full day at the dealership to finally come to a deal and drive off if your new (or new to you) car. That being said here is my story: We went to Wesley Chapel Nissan because of their lifetime powertrain warranty on their vehicles & love the Nissan brand. For starters, their lifetime warranty is not included in the price of the car – add an additional $2,000 to the price (that cannot be rejected). I had asked if they were associated with Wesley Chapel Toyota because there was a car there we were also interested in and they also offer lifetime Powertrain warranties – Luis then advised us that Toyota’s lifetime warranty is not lifetime – that it is limited to 100k miles (he said he secret shopped them to find this out). Low and behold after further research, it is the exact same an included in the price they list their cars for. We decided to finance with the dealership against our best interest (to be explained). While in negotiations with Luis Lopez and his sales manager Will Kattaria (Luis refused to give to me Will’s last name when I spoke to him, found online) I mentioned that I am in auto insurance sales, I hear horror stories of people making deals with dealerships, being called a few days or weeks later & being told financing fell through your rate is now higher than discussed or you have to bring the car back altogether. Will and Luis after hearing this, promised that would not happen in this case because of how high of a credit score we held (750+) they said “You do not have to worry about that happening here, that is for people in the 400’s credit score.” After spending 6 hours at the dealership to come to an agreed out the door total price & monthly rate, we finally drove off the lot in the newly purchased vehicle. Exactly three, TRHEE DAYS later, we get a phone call saying financing did not come through and out rate was going to be higher than discussed they need us to come back and sign more paperwork saying we agree to the higher rate. Obviously we are furious because we addressed this exact issue BEFORE purchasing the car and now it is happening to us after being PROMISED it would not. I requested to speak with their manager when he (I believe he said his name was James/Justin) called me he was much less than helpful saying it is what it is now we have to come back and agree to the higher price. When I requested to speak with someone above him, he got verbally abusive and said bring our car back or we will take the necessary action against you. Now here I am sharing my story, DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM HERE, they will lie and cheat you out of your money. More

I was right! Not only did they provide me with numbers before I arrived so I could compare numbers, they did even better with the numbers once I got there. The managers, my finance manager and my salesman were top notch. If you are looking for a dealership that doesn’t play games and treats customer fairly, then this is the dealership you will want to deal with. I highly recommend them. More

We have been coming to get service done here for a couple of years, service department always busy and somewhat unorganized maybe too many people, too We have been coming to get service done here for a couple of years, service department always busy and somewhat unorganized maybe too many people, too many hands, miscommunication happens more often than it should. Having to go get service there is one of things I don't like to add to my list for. However last visit Demontric made a difference experience by a simple "Hi, have you been helped?" "Can I get you anything?" Following by a short and honest conversation about things in life and then a "Let me know if you need anything". Not a Let me sell you a car right now......
