For example we were told they would give us $10k for trade in, paper to sign showed $8k. Told car cost $32k, paper work to sign showed $36k. Told extended warranty to 100k miles, paper work to sign showed 65k miles. You will be taken advantage of if you don’t read and document everything. More

I went on a Saturday, found a car, did the paperwork and even though it was over my price point I was happy. I get a call the next day to go back because they couldn't get my financing approved. I had a pre approval from my credit union with a 4.4%. I couldn't understand the problem. I went and finished paperwork again with my husband this time. After 2 weeks I got a call from credit union- the loan to value of the car was so high I needed a $4k down payment. When I sat with my son in law who has financing experience he found everything they tacked on to drive up their commission. It was deliberate in their favor. Just disgusting. I went back after 3 weeks of having the car, gave them the keys back and told them to keep it. GO ELSEWHERE. More

LIARS WORST EXPERIENCE OF MY LIFE. Saw a car on THEIR website. I spoke with SAVANNAH INGALLS asking if the car was there still, she said yes, I even asked f WORST EXPERIENCE OF MY LIFE. Saw a car on THEIR website. I spoke with SAVANNAH INGALLS asking if the car was there still, she said yes, I even asked for pictures to verify the car was there, and she sent me pictures “of the car”. I drive to the dealership today and they tell me oh the car I was looking at is a rental car and they aren’t allowed to sell it until May 1 but can we sell you a new car? I then asked the salesman why would savannah lie to me and say the car is here and what pictures did she send me ? Was it of the wrong car? Guess I should’ve asked for pictures of the car SHOWING THE VIN since they are such liars. Needless to say I did not and WILL NEVER buy or recommend this dealership to anybody. They are a bunch of LIARS. They were like vultures in the parking lot trying to get my business and even had OBNOXIOUS loud speakers playing music in the parking lot so you couldn’t even hear anything. I can not believe any person would even do business here. More

Someone is incompetent Someone there told me I was approved for a vehicle I go there, workout a deal and then I sign a contract for the car at a said percent interest rate a Someone there told me I was approved for a vehicle I go there, workout a deal and then I sign a contract for the car at a said percent interest rate as well as a loan term, fast forward a month later and they are telling me that I am all of a sudden declined and need to return the car. I go back and they try to come at me with an interest rate two times what I agreed to, because I wouldn't trade in the other car I am financing, so then they try to offer me a check for 1000 to take a horrible deal but when given the opportunity to come to an agreement with a discounted price on the vehicle they just send me on my way, not even customer oriented. More
