Upon final deal this did not exist! was not shown how to operate, pair or program anything, not shown a thing, I was just a number they needed to move cars, no customer service. paid cash and had to go back to dealer 2 additional times to complete deal. a one hour round trip repeated calls & emails to the salesman & to the sales manager without any call back or response in any manner. was told ... we never received any. they had my cell & email took 2 weeks to purchase car on lot that I was paying cash for wont return and suggest all locate a different dealer no matter what distance they must travel More

Handled terribly Today (06/23/2019) was my last straw with Wesley Chapel Nissan! After calling Saturday to get Sunday's business service hours. Once i arrived today I was told by Bradford Seabury that I needed an appointment (this has never been the case). When I asked why his response was " That's the way things are now" I told him that's fine I will take my car somewhere else and have it serviced. I came to WC Nissan maybe about 3 weeks ago I had to replace my tire and get another patched the total cost was 300.00 this is unheard of, Mr. Montoya tried to upsell me and had no clue on how to change my sensors. I had to track down a past Nissan employee to update my tire senors. While he attempted to upsell me i declined everything except what was needed, I usually take my car to Atlantic Automotive on fletcher Ave here in Tampa Fl, the owner Dean is amazing he is honest and I love that! Had Deans shop been open today I would have never experienced Nissan's distasteful service. Nissan of WC doesn't have to worry about my business anymore, I will submit this review everywhere possible. The dealership is under new ownership I hear?!!seems like a downfall in the making. I don't mind going elsewhere and paying extra provided that my car is serviced well and i'm treated like a person rather than just a number. Thanks Ed at Fuccillo Kia for servicing my Nissan with an Oil change and car wash, it was a very pleasant experience! More

We had planned to visit nearby Toyota and Chevrolet dealerships also. Nissan had exactly what we wanted and couldn't beat the price offered for our trade. We purchased an Altima in 2014, a Sentra in 2015 and now a Frontier (2019). Salesman Victor Colon was wonderful...not pushy...very patient. He explained all about the Frontier and set up our Bluetooth for us. Great young man. Thank you for keeping us in the Wesley Chapel Nissan family!! More

He was very patient and not at all "pushy". He asked and listened to what it was I wanted. He is a hard worker and definitely an asset to your dealership. I drove an hour and a half to Wesley Chapel Nissan for the incentive to trade my car for over book value, didn't know if it was a real deal but I took my chances and they lived up to what they advertised. Very Very Happy and would rate Luis as a "10"! Thank you for the great experience! More

The finance person tells me that he does not have an approval for me. I was annoyed and the used car manager told me stopped when I went to my house and tells me to forgive the opportunity that tomorrow he was going to give me a maintenance guarantee which did not comply as he said and then I blame the seller when he did not have all the error was from the desk manager More

Worst service experience Went in for oil change and check alignment when i puchased the car front tire had to be changes and truck pulls right . I was told it would be like 45 min. 2 hours later got my truck back with oil and grease all over my driver door gear shifter and outside of truck and cant understand why it took so long when there were techs standing around and chatting on there cell phones. My biggest question is how did they check the alignment when they didn't even check the tire pressures? So i cleaned my truck and was on my worst place for service!!! More

I have purchased four vehicles from this dealership and overall had Nothing but aggrevation on my service visit to Wesley Chapel Nissan on 5/24/2019. I have purchased four vehicles from this dealership and overall had been generally a positive experience. However, the new personnel are poorly trained in working with a new computer program and in dealing with the customers arriving for service. Also, reading two year old reviews, of people that are no longer associated with the Dealership, is not conducive to honestly reviewing the service issues at Wesley Chapel Nissan. More
