Try to get a refund on your gap or extended warantee!! I have been trying to get my refund back on my GAP insurance since June. I have now filed a complaint with FTC and if I don't hear back today I am re I have been trying to get my refund back on my GAP insurance since June. Really horrible experience. New owners DO NOT return calls!!! More

Outstanding Experience I truly loathe car shopping and the inevitable purchase. Waiting, haggling, waiting some more, sitting in the finance person's office for hours as the I truly loathe car shopping and the inevitable purchase. Waiting, haggling, waiting some more, sitting in the finance person's office for hours as they try to upsell you on additional warranties while you sign your first born away. However, Justin Follano at Wesley Chapel Nissan made the car buying experience pleasurable. None of my previous experiences buying cars came into play with Justin Follano and Wesley Chapel Nissan. Unfortunately, they did not have the exact Pathfinder I wanted but they found one at another of their dealerships and brought it over for me. We had already agreed on the price and the Platinum Edition with the features on the SUV I wanted. Unfortunately, the Pathfinder from the other dealer did not have running boards. Jason said no problem, ordered them and they were on the car within a few days. I could not be more pleased with Jason Follano and Wesley Chapel Nissan. I highly recommend the dealership and Jason in particular. I will return when I need to purchase another vehicle. More
